DCS Consulting and Staffing is a certified WBE and SWOB through the WBENC.

Deborah has sold, recruited, and managed in the staffing industry for over 20 years.

Her firm is nationally recognized for “staffing the staffing industry.” Other areas of expertise include HR, sales and sales management positions across a variety of industries.

She has more than 20 years of experience in managing, hiring, mentoring, and training recruiters, consultative salespeople, sales managers, teams, and regions with full P&L responsibility from small offices to regions of $25M.

Deborah has an uncanny ability to source and deliver excellent candidates. She has vast experience in many industries including sales, IT, engineering, staffing, accounting and finance, administrative, clerical, customer service, human resources, hospitality, and light industrial as well as emerging markets. She also offers an excellent sales track record in building trust and rapport quickly as well as meeting and exceeding revenue goals.

Deborah has a deep network in the industry. She has served as the past President of the Colorado Staffing Association in 2004 and 2005 as well as a Board Member from 2002 to 2018. She also served as a Board Member of the American Staffing Association in 2007. Deborah was certified Professional Human Resource (PHR) in 2011.

Mark Skender

Mark has spent 30 years in sales and sales management. He is a full life cycle recruiter whose responsibilities include business development, building and managing recruiting teams, executive search, and P&L management.

Mark Started his career with Kodak, in their Professional Division, offering equipment and consumable supplies for offset lithographers. Some of his customers were among the largest printers in North America including RR Donnelley, World Color, Quebecor, and Quad Graphics. A large portion of Marks customers printed advertising and marketing materials. Mark managed a $65M Business unit.

He transitioned from print advertising to digital advertising which included search engine marketing, search engine optimization, social media & display advertising, and deals advertising.

Much of Marks responsibilities over the past 30-year period had to do with hiring qualified employees, mostly in sales and sales management. He has a knack for finding the right fit.

In 2017 Mark joined DCS Consulting and Staffing. He is the director, a full desk recruiter focusing on staffing employment agencies and recruiting for sales and sales management positions across a variety of industries.
